An Act Increasing the Number of Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Binan from Ten (10) to Twelve (12) and Separating It from the First Legislative District of the Province of Laguna to Constitute the Lone Legislative District of the City of Binan, Amending for the Purpose Sections 10 and 61, Respectively, of Republic Act No. 9740, Otherwise Known as the Charter of the City of Binan.
