An Act Amending Section 1 of Republic Act Numbered Eighty- Four Hundred Seven, Entitled `an Act Granting Manila Jockey Club, Inc., a Franchise to Construct, Operate and Maintain a Racetrack for Horse Racing in the City of Manila or Any Place Withinthe Provinces of Bulacan, Cavite or Rizal and Extending the Said Franchise by Twenty-Five Years (25) from the Expiration of the Term Thereon
