Granted Under Republic Act No. 3207, to Construct, Operate and Maintain a Distribution System for the Conveyance of Electric Power to the End-User in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, the Municipality of Floridablanca, and Barangays Talang and Ligaya, Guagua, Pampanga, and Renewing/Extending the Term of the Franchise to Another Twenty-Five (25) Years from the Date of Expiration of the Grantee's Franchise Under Republic Act No. 3207
