An Act Amending Republic Act No. 11977, Otherwise Known as “kabalikat Sa Pagtuturo Act,” Broadening the Coverage of Teaching Allowance to Public School Teachers to Include Those in the Tertiary Level and Those Public School Teachers Appointed by Local Chief Executives in Locally Owned and Operated Schools Whose Salaries Are Fully or Partially Paid Out of Local Funds and Without Any National Government Subsidy, and for Other Purposes
